Booking Process & Information

Steps to booking the perfect items for your special day:

Step 1: Send us an email or message us on our website with the items you're looking to rent along with the number of each item and your event date. We will then send a quote containing all of the requested items.

Step 2: A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total cost is required along with a signed contract. Once this is received your items are secured for your date!

​

Step 3: 10 days before pickup the final payment is due, this is also when we need to know final numbers for chairs and tableware items. Once the final payment is made we will send out all the information for pickup.

Step 4: Pickup your items and have the most amazing time ever!!

We've put this facts page together to hopefully answer some of the questions you may have about renting items from our business. Of course if you have more questions feel free to send us a message anytime!

Delivery/ Pickup

We unfortunately do not offer delivery of items but we do however offer an extended period for no additional cost to allow for more time to pickup and drop off items. We are partnered with a local delivery service that does offer delivery at an additional cost - feel free to ask us for their info!

Initial Deposit

The initial deposit is non-refundable and covers 50% of the cost of each item on the quote. This ensures your items are locked in for you on your requested date. 

Taking Items

Out of 

North Bay

Our rentals are fully intended for you to enjoy wherever your beautiful event will be taking place! We have no limit on where you can bring our rental items! We too had an out of town wedding and found it hard to find rentals that could be taken out of the area. All we ask is to please let us know the location of your event if you are going more than 30km out of town. 

Borrowing Items for Mock Setup

Yes of course you can request table scape items for trial setups! We are visual people too and totally understand the need to see your vision come to life before the big day! Just send us a message with the items from your quote you're looking to borrow and we will arrange a pickup time for you. There is no cost associated with this and items can be borrowed for up to 3 days at a time. *dependent on availability

Seeing Items Before Placing a Deposit

Unfortunately we do not have a store front but we can absolutely pull items from our storage facility for you to view! We can also setup mock tables for you to view in person or virtually.

Cancelling Items

An item can be removed at any period up to 10 days before the event. The second half of the payment for that item will be cancelled but the initial 50% will not be refunded or credited to the remaining portion of your total cost. A 50% reduction of the cancelled item will be displayed at the bottom of your Invoice. Please note once the final payment has been made a refund is not possible.
